Expressing opinions in English for CEFR Level B2In this lesson, we will look at the language and skills needed for expressing opinions in English for CEFR Level B2. This includes giving an opinion generally, developing an opinion, agreeing and disagreeing with opinions, reacting to opinions and more. Being able to present an opinion and react to other people’s opinions is an important skill in English, but unfortunately it is often overlooked, meaning that people can think you are being rude or aggressive.

Lets get started – in the first lesson, we’ll start with some better ways of expressing your opinions in English so you don’t sound rude or aggressive. Then we’ll look at some of the way you can react when hearing an opinion – how you can show that you agree, disagree, or have no opinion either way (expressing indifference).
