Below is an example of a multiple choice question. This is one of the more recognisable question types – multiple choice questions are used in many learning and testing situations, not just IELTS. However, in the IELTS test, there are TWO types of multiple choice question – in one, you will need to find the best ‘ending’ to complete a statement (see the example below), and in the other type you are looking for an answer to a question.
