Form completion questions

Form completion questions are the most common type of question in the IELTS listening test, and are often in Section 1 of the listening test. For most form completion questions, you will be required to listen for personal information like a person’s name or address. The skills needed to answer form completion questions will be presented and practiced in much more detail in a later lesson, but here is an example.
