Narration:
There are two variations to this question style, testing slightly different abilities. In the first type, you are asked to identify a writer’s views or claims. The second variation is when you are asked to identify information in a passage. Here are the sample question styles for each type. Notice that when identifying a writer’s views or claims, you respond with Yes, No or Not Given, but when identifying information in a passage you respond with True, False or Not Given. Candidates commonly write the wrong word on their answer sheet, so make sure you are clear about what you should write.
