The question is asking for an opinion on the effects of technology in the average household. The candidate has expressed an opinion using this vocabulary: I think, I guess, I believe and in my opinion. This is also a good answer because the candidate has used some academic structures. There is a relative clause. The candidate also used conditional structures.
