Video: Expressing opinions and analysing

Narration:

Expressing opinions and analysing. Now let’s consider the response the candidate gave to the first question. The question is asking for an opinion on the effects of technology in the average household. The candidate has expressed an opinion using this vocabulary: I think, I guess, I believe and in my opinion. This is also a good answer because the candidate has used some academic structures. There is a relative clause. The candidate also used conditional structures. If you haven’t done so already, you should study the lessons in the grammar section which will help you present your ideas using a range of tenses, modal verbs and conditional sentences.
